Management is the worse
March 23, 2022I have been fighting with management for 4 months about mold in my apartment. They have come in and put holes in the wall, which they have not repaired, and they put masking tape over the hole, which is falling due to moisture coming in from the outside. The property manager is rude and shows that he does not care about the residents in this complex. I wish I could post pictures of the mess they have me living in along with the mold that is growing in my apartment. The area is nice if ...management would keep up the property dwellings.Property Manager Responded

Love It!!!
February 3, 2017My family and I moved from Austin to these four-plexes and absolutely LOVE IT! The (new) management are so friendly and make us feel so welcome. Every time we come in the office they have smiles on their faces, cookies and coffee waiting and make sure they help us as much as they can. The office is always decorated for holidays and my kids love going to the after school program that they offer for the residents. Schools are so close, and it is so family oriented. January 27, 2017I have stayed at Crescent Village for almost 4 years. The Previous Property Manager wasn't a very nice man at all extremely abrasive and just came off extremely rude. Even caused my family and I to miss on the opportunity to move into a home based on what he called rental verification. However Sandy and Constance are really sweet women. They are the type to treat people they way they want to be treated. This place is quiet in the evening times. you will have a fool or two drive through rather ...fast but if you are looking for a place that is far enough out that you won't get un-announced guest but close enough so it doesn't seem that you are traveling forever to get to austin this is your place.
