  • Awful management and nightmare conditions

    The worst apartment I've ever has the misery of living in. The management is either inept or callous. They will never help you with anything other than malfunctions- and even then poorly. Noise complaints and harassment, they couldn't care less. I've been tormented by awful neighbors for almost SIX MONTHS now. Broken cars in the parking lo, trash overfilling every dumpster. Unending construction that has caused nothing but traffic jams, potholes, and power outages. Awful internet that hasn't been ...
    fixed after years of calling the service provider. My AC breaks at least once a month now. They lie about not allowing aggressive dog breeds I've had people selling drugs and beating women right outside of my stairs. Recently they forced residents to pack all of their belongings by themselves just so they can remodel each unit- but just a couple of days ago they also slapped on these hideous magnetic smoke detectors and sprayers above the stove which made all of the time and effort of the remodeling useless, and now I'm too scared to cook because if I move the smoke detectors I'm "in violation on my lease." What apparently isn't a violation of the lease is making as much noise as you want at midnight and 2am in the morning, and the apartment has done nothing. They don't care that I've had to call in sick from my part time job and not get paid because of lack of sleep and exhaustion. I've even called the police for help, but they said that's the apartment's job. Everyone who works here is rude and incompetent. Avoid this place like the plague.

    If I could give 0 stars at this point I would gladly. Me and my husband applied over a month ago and they never called me back regarding our status on renting an apartment. I had to call several times and DAN finally answered telling me someone else had taken the property. Then why did we even put down a deposit if there was someone before us in line Anyways asked for the deposit to be refunded, over 30 days still no refund. I actually had to reach out directly to the property manager who gave ...

    These apartments are incredibly affordable and well maintained! You really get your bang out of every buck. I lived in a one bed, one bath. The units are not fancy at all, but they are spacious, clean, and everything works. And if something doesn't work, maintenance will typically handle it in less than 48 hours. I got my dryer replaced with a new one in just 72 hours. The neighborhood is quiet, secure, and there are always open parking spots for residents and guests (although it may take one ...
    full minute to find a spot in the late evenings, unless you have a reserved spot). There is a gym, swimming pool, and some really delicious spots nearby (WOW Donuts and Drips is delicious and very Instagrammable). Amanda is also one of the friendliest office staff I have ever met in my life. This is also a great, central place to live. I worked in Plano and could get to the office in under 15 minutes every morning, and on the weekend, easily head to Dallas for some fun. I would have lived in Crossings on Marsh for several years if I did not land a new job in another city. You'll definitely want to check out the place. Ask if my old home, unit 2621, is still available! I kept it in good shape. :)

    I've lived here for nearly 9 months now and the staff and the property couldn't be better. These apartments are older, but they are well taken care of. We've had about 3 maintenance calls since we've been there and each time, maintenance has shown up either the same day or the next day if it isn't a weekend. The staff is always extremely friendly when I call or go by the office and they are very helpful. The property is well maintained and always taken care of. They pay attention to the small ...
