February 29, 2024I first want to say that Brontë & Kenedra , are amazing property managers and are so sweet & so good too me ! I had a medical emergency three weeks ago & and management showed up the same night to repair my door temporarily . I’m so blessed I live here now As a bonus , residents get valet trash service AND an Amazon hub box absolutely free ! Please come check it out here !Property Manager Responded

Great location!
November 2, 2023This community sitting right next to the Spotsylvania VRE Station is ideal! Beautiful Community

Beautiful Apartments
July 24, 2022I toured the community and loved the amenities that I saw. The property manager was polite and gave me all of the information I needed. I was looking for immediate move in because I just relocated to the area so I wasn’t able to rent, but compared to what I’ve seen so far they have been the best I toured.Property Manager Responded

Terrible sound proofing…
February 15, 2022I’ve lived in a few different apartments before and this one has by far the WORST sound proofing. The fact that I’m writing this at 245 am should tell you something… you can hear everything. From your neighbors walking around all day, to their activities at night. The lack of sound proofing is infuriating. If I knew back when I signed my lease that I would hear walking, talking, dogs barking all day and everything my neighbor was doing, I would never have moved here.
