Very happy here!
February 27, 2026We've lived at Crown Pointe for the last 4 years and we're very happy here. Last year they installed a small dog park and my dog absolutely loves it. We also enjoy having a little garden plot in the spring and summer. The complex feels safe, I've never worried about walking the grounds with my dog. Maintenance is timely and very professional. Front office staff is very kind, my dog gets a treat from them every day after work. The community events are small but fun, like pictures with the Easter ...bunny or Santa. Laundry in the building is nice. The garage is a life saver during winter! I feel like the price is fair for the apartment, location and garage. Wish the pet fees were lower but overall we're very happy!Property Manager Responded

Crown Pointe is great!
June 24, 2019My experience at Crown Pointe has truly been nothing but great, from start to finish. I gave this place a try and have honestly been very pleased. From when I first walked through their show unit, to this very day, Leah, Alisa, and the whole Crown Pointe staff have been nice, respectful, and honest with me. I moved into my unit and it was clean and had minimal issues. The issues were resolved within the week of my move in. Prices are competitive, and the community is friendly. I’d really ...recommend looking at Crown Pointe for your next apartment. It suits my needs incredibly well. Great place to live
January 31, 2018My husband and I moved to Holland Mi from Chicago and the toughest part of the process was finding a place that we both felt met all of our needs! One day we rolled into Crown Pointe for a visit and we immediately FELL IN LOVE! The staff was very attentive and informative answering all of our questions.... they were very patient with us as we had to fax and mail things from Chicago and we’d call, “did you get our fax?” Added bonus, they accepted our Fur baby Melo. There is nice convenient laundry ...in each building and each unit has it’s own garage! We love calling Crown Pointe home!Property Manager Responded
