November 3, 2021The apartment is in a great location very near to the Des Moines Marina. he only caveat to living in Des Moines is the air traffic overhead. You can probably hear and see the airliners above at least every 7 to 10 mins. The apartment units itself is a little old but standard. A little drafty and can get moldy if you dont stay on top of it. The service is not bad and not great because of frequent turnover in the office. Wish they can enforce their rules on smoking and parking.Because of the draft ...the smell of the cigrattes can be linger also many people park their car with the rear facing in so the car exhaust smell can enter people's apartment as parking is right next to the apartment buildings.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Peaceful and Clean
September 24, 2015We enjoy tremendously living at Crystal Bay, the environment makes us feel safe and relax. Everything works just fine! We love to enjoy the Gym and the jacuzzi, our surroundings are Always clean. The location It's so convenient, we are so close to Redondo Beach and Saltwater park; banks and shopping mall are just 5 minutes away driving, we have access to Highline College and to Parkside, one of the best elementary school!
