Fantastic!
February 5, 2025Its such a safe and protected little community! People are super friendly, the staff is phenomenal and professional- maintenance is on site and very quick to resolve issues. The property is kept up very well and throughout my time there, I felt like it was my own little oasis! It is dog friendly which was fantastic! The lake view is absolutely amazing and something you can't get is most places. I highly highly recommend - they are selective about who is allowed to join the community which is ...something you will come to appreciate because of how safe it really is. December 26, 2024I relocated to the Ohio with no knowledge of the area. Tina did a fantastic job of getting me set on a recently opened unit with only about a week of notice. I lived in the unit for about 8 months and only left after finding a home close to work. Otherwise I would have happily continued living at Crystal Shores. Good neighbors and nice community. Family Year at the Lake
May 5, 2023Crystal Shores was the perfect option for our family. We live about 4 hours south and was looking to buy a home in Vermilion but it was such a challenge. We decided to find a rental in Vermilion for us to have more time there to look for our home. Crystal Shores was the perfect location, safe for us to never worry when we wasn't there, friendly neighbors, maintenance on site and management on site was an added bonus. We was able to make our monthly payments online with reminders, and could ...easily schedule maintenance online if needed. Loved using the private beach there. Our utilities were also amazing, electric bill was never more than $30 a month in summer when we were there more running the AC, my internet was free with Spectrum for the first year, and trash was included. We just purchased our home 1 month after our 1 year anniversary here at Crystal Shores, so we are super sad to be ending our time here, but it was one of the best chapters in our family's story.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Relaxing and Tranquil
March 28, 2023This has been my home since Aug 4,2020 and now moving out of state. Very relaxing and tranquil atmosphere by the shores of Lake Erie. The views of the lake are stunning and with a nice walkway leading down to the waterfront. The property is surrounded by mature trees and the sights and sounds of nature abound. The rent fees and utility cost are very reasonable especially in comparison to other properties and in this economy. Great place to live
March 7, 2023Lived there for around 2 years, very lovely place. I moved out on my own a few years ago to get a feel for living on my own, and I loved the community. The building I was in was very peaceful, never had any issues with anyone. The apartment was clean, and maintenance and management were always a pleasure to talk to whenever I ran into them while on a walk or over a phone.
