Terrible place to live
October 17, 2019Seriously the worst place I’ve ever lived. The customer service is horrible. They advertise as “low income” but raised the rent $60 randomly. You can pay your rent every time on top and the first time you are late, $82 late fee. Definitely not the place to live for anyone needing help with anything. I wish I would have talked to some of my neighbors before I moved in. I can’t wait until I’m out of my lease. They didn't tell me until the day I moved in that the washer and dryer space will only ...fit a stackable washer and dryer so now I have my washer and dryer in my dining room and I have to pay $40 extra a month just to rent theirs. If you are in need of low income housing, this is not the place for you. The only positive thing is the maintenance guy. He is nice. Other than that, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.Property Manager Responded

Terribly noisy and dirty grounds
March 23, 2018There are roughly 20 to 30 kids unsupervised out side till past dark that mostly scream, growl and stomp around the breeze ways and if any parents are around they pay no attention to them There is also very loud bass rap music going on constantly , there is no security officer here and the Clarksville police seem to be fearful of coming out there and people visit all hours of the night and some throw trash out onto the grounds and there is then grownups fightingReview from Apartments.com

October 10, 2015This place has the best management running it than ive ever dealt with and the maintenance people are great too. Very affordable 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms apt and Towhholmes you could ask for. In the heart of Clarksville TN just minutes from shopping and major expressways and highways very accessible to places. They also have washer and dryer hook ups in all apt and they also rent out washer and dryers they fill all your needs for living i wont be leaving this place anytime soonReview from Apartments.com
