January 20, 2025I have lived here for going on 4yrs I think. I truely enjoy my apt. It's in a great location, they are great with maintenance requests which are few and far between, the grounds are also impeccably kept, even after a big strom it's not long before the debris is cleared. January 4, 2025Everything is great except for one issue. The parking issue gets very upsetting when you come home late from work even at 9 o’clock. It’s hard to find a parking spot even by your building. I’ve had to wait till I can find one. I’ve had to wait till one came open over an hour And it sucks when you know some of your neighbors have five people living there adults and there’s five cars I wish they would assign parking spots two cars per household, like a lot of other apartment complexes.
