The maintanence, both inside and out, work to keep the building and grounds in beautiful condition. October 31, 2023Positives are clean, quiet unless windows are open, tenants are friendly, river walk, patio and gazebo, nice gym, plenty of storage, trash dispenser and shared laundry on each floor, easy access to stores, etc. Negatives are noise from traffic, windows are difficult to open, location could be better, high rent increases, no individual laundry hook-up, no long term lease options.Review from Apartments.com
