July 17, 2024The leasing team comes up with so many fun resident events! I attended resident appreciation week last month where they hosted events everyday for a week and it was such a blast. My kids had so much fun as they incorporated events that are great for adults and kids. Awesome Apartment Property!
July 17, 2024I have lived at Cyan so far for about 8 months and I love it! Sometimes the residents are a bit obnoxious but I learned to ignore it and let the office handle it in which they do what they can by sending general emails and contacting those residents. They have been pro active in making sure my issues are resolved whether it is maintenance, other residents, or other things with my apartments! July 17, 2024The leasing agents in the front have been super welcoming on my tour last week and it was such a pleasure getting to speak with them! Sometimes younger agents can be intimidating but I can tell they care a lot about their job and the residents needs. I will for sure be signing there in September when I get ready to move! I understand sometimes reviews can be a sticky situation because there are both sides to every story but through my experience, it has been amazing for just the first visit so I ...am excited to pursue this apartment home. Great Community! Even Better Office Staff!
July 10, 2024My girlfriend and I have lived here for 1.5 years, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. The office staff is truly amazing, always going above and beyond to make sure residents are taken care of. A special shoutout to Deanna, the manager, who is incredibly responsive and attentive, and CeCe, the leasing professional, who always greets us with a smile and makes everything easier.
