I love living bere
October 30, 2024Everything about living here is amazing. Maintenance was super fast and reliable. It is a quiet area and there was no trouble at all. It’s right smack in the middle of everything, so covington, madisonville, and the lakefront area were all so close! I’d highly recommend this place to EVERYONE!!!Property Manager Responded

Well Kept and Looking Nice
May 19, 2022I have lived in Mandeville my entire life and pass these apartments on a daily basis. I have also had a couple friends live here over the years. They are very well kept and are looking so nice. Kudos to the owners and management for doing such a great job. Too many other places in the area that have been run down over time.
