December 11, 2024It's been pleasant so far since moving in so far. There was just a huge bug problem when moving in and the pest control doesn't really spray much to really get rid of them and a lot of things were broken.Property Manager Responded

November 26, 2024My Cypress Pointe experience has been overall a great experience. The staff is great and the neighborhood overall is quiet. The location is perfect for someone who doesn’t have a car like myself and can get to areas easily on foot. November 25, 2024Gr8 place to live. Gr8 maintenance team, office staff, weight room at clubhouse. Year round pool, clean nice furniture, 2 new gas grills. Parking lots redone with blacktop freshened, and new lines. Tucked in at the end of a quiet neighborhood, but blocks away from any store or restaurant you could need.Property Manager Responded
