November 10, 2024My first few months living at Altitude Prosper has been a great experience. The living space is of good size with each bedroom having its own bathroom which is very convenient. Having the washer and dryer in our room and the valet trash service is a major plus aswell. I like how I get regular notifications so I can stay updated on any changes/events taking place. I did specify on my application that I preferred my roommates to not have any pets, but I was placed in a unit with a dog owner. I have ...no problem with this, but it is not right that my request was not fully honored. This is something that the apartment needs to work on so the residents needs can be met to the fullest. Worst Community Staff + Management Company EVER
August 21, 2024Warning ~ Please do not chose this place to call “Home” regardless of how great the customer service experience before move-in has gone, once you pick up your keys (if they even have them ready for m-in) you no longer matter and will NOT be taken care of in any type of way. Oh and contacting + connecting with the management staff and/or maintenance and/or corporate office….good luck with that ha funny!Property Manager Responded

August 1, 2024I cannot express how annoyed I have been with my Altitude Houston experience, and I haven’t even moved in yet. The lack of communication and care that is shown when dealing with future tenants is atrocious. I have called the number on the website 20 times because I need to inform the leasing office that I will be moving in late so that there will be no extra charges to my account for doing so, and I have heard NOTHING from anyone. This is my senior year of college so I was hoping housing would ...be the easiest thing to handle for me, this has unfortunately not been the case. I have left my name and number on their automated voice system more times than I can count and have heard nothing. I am highly regretting signing the lease here.
