April 17, 2023Lived there a year they tried to raise the rent next year almost 200 the max amount they could then we moved out cleaned it and shampooed the carpets and still didn't get back the deposit tried to pin a dented garage door on me which was there prior to me moving in definitely not luxury gate breaks almost every other day and management and workers barley speak EnglishReview from Apartments.com
Nothing Luxury about this place
February 13, 2023Nothing with “luxury” in the name should have roaches. Management does not care about anything! They will move you in and won’t renew your lease the next year. That’s how the owner makes her money. Rent elsewhere. You will be happier.Review from Apartments.com
Horrible landlord
February 17, 2020They will move u in. And after a couple months will send u a notice kicking u out and saying they aren't renewing ur lease. Ur out moving cost and haven't even lived in the apt for 6 months and they kick u out. The landlord is the worse u cant even communicate with her because of the language barrier. Do not move in here. Dont waste ur money. For the price of rent its definitely not a luxury apt.Review from Apartments.com
