Daniel London Properties LLC is owned by husband and wife team Deena and Daniel London. You will deal directly with us in every aspect, no middle men or a management company. We do our own mowing, landscaping, HVAC filter replacement and most maintenance. Come home where we keep the main thing the main thing YOU! Actually, we rarely raise rent, but if we do, it's never more than 5% and the conversation begins 3 to 6 months before your renewal so you aren't surprised at the 11th hour.

September 24, 2024We've been renting from the Londons for over two years. They are head and shoulders above the rest. They are quick to respond to any issues that may arise. They do a great job of communicating with us, as well as maintaining their properties.
