New Management
September 18, 2019I've been here for about a year and it has been alright. Well until the new management came and basically destroyed this place. It is a nightmare living here now. MODE living is clearly not capable of properly and efficiently managing properties. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody. There are roaches and rats in the parking lot at night, and there was throw up in the parking lot for over a month. I have had multiple conversations with neighbors regarding their vehicles being broken into. ...They keep saying that they have maintenance on site 3-4 times a week but I haven't seen them, even one time. I would give zero stars if I could. The one star is for the location. Mill/Broadway is a convenient place to be.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

November 2, 2015One of the worst places to live at. Management is horrible! They never take care of any issues that happen. Almost a month ago I told them the floor was lifting and I'm still waiting.
