    It is an apartment. Not great. Not new. I have been frustrated, but it is an apartment. There are many new constructions close by, and about the same price.

    I love everything about living here with the exception of the people living above me!! They are constantly stomping, dropping and dragged something across the floor. At times it sounds like metal ball is rolling across the floor with a herd of elephants chasing after it. Every evening there is a very loud thump thump that sounds like a washer off balance above my head in the living room!! And they play loud music with a lot of boom, sometimes it sounds like an electric guitar and/ or drums? ...
    Possibly an electric keyboard , this goes on from as early as 6pm until well past midnight into the early morning hours

    Lowest pricing in the area with the move in special. Great location. Maintenance crew needs help, low priority/non urgent repairs take multiple requests.

    If you have animals, this is the place to live. There are few breed restrictions on dogs and dogs weighing more than 10lbs are welcome. The apartment complex is community minded and strives to build that feeling.
