Go elsewhere
June 20, 2024Go elsewhere. Apartments just as good elsewhere for just as cheap. Management company is horrible; very inconvenient. Ownership group is horrible. Increased my water over 3x what I was originally paying on their first day. And, increased my rent over 10% in one year. They are obviously looking to push out a lot of current tenants in order to refurbish the apartments to be able to charge more. What they don't see is there are just a good facilities in the area for a lot cheaper.Property Manager Responded

Very quiet building!
May 23, 2024I have met the neighbors, so I do know they are here, but the building stays very quiet most of the time which I greatly appreciate!!! The building stays clean and up to date! They maintain the lawns and grounds. I also love how close it is to the bike path!Property Manager Responded
