Stay away!!
September 8, 2022Since new management took over the biggest thing they've done is raise the rent $210.00 and got rid of maintenance crew. There is no maintenance, if something breaks in your apartment you'll be waiting!! My kitchen lights went out over a month ago and I'm still waiting.Review from Apartments.com
Horrible place...I do not recommend

Do not live here
December 23, 2021Since new management, nothing gets fixed. Our heat has been messed up for the longest time (at least a month), dishwasher has water in the bottom, and our kitchen light is out. The maintenance guy said he would be right back on a Friday 2 weeks ago he didn’t come back and didn’t come back the following Monday. My mom was told she now has to get back on the waiting list until maintenance gets back to us even though she has a disability and that doesn’t matter. Can’t wait to move out in March!!!Review from Apartments.com
Not a good place to live
March 29, 2017This property is ran by incompetent staff who plays favoritism, staff is condescending. The repairs are not done in a timely fashion. The neighborhood has drugs and children that loiter and smoke marijuana on the property. This is a waste of money and because it is income restricted they talk to you like you are poor.
