The Worst
May 31, 2017I have lived here for 2 years now and it has only gotten worse. I will be moving as soon as my lease is up. Noisy - The walls are paper thin. I can hear everything from their toilet flushing to their conversations in their living room. The neighbors below me and beside me blast music through the night (until 3am sometimes). I have complained to the main office, but they have done nothing. There have been times where I've had to stay at a friends house just to get a quiet nights sleep. Parking - ...Horrible!!!!!! There is a lack of parking not only for residents but for visitors. Friends and family park across the street and have to cross the busy road. I once drove around for 30 minutes looking for a parking space. Maintenance - The complex is not well maintained. I have had my place flood at least three times. The dishwasher broke within 1 month of me moving in. There was water dripping from the bathroom vent and also leaking from the closet electrical fixture. If I can save a poor soul from moving here, please don't waste your time or money.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Dont Go
September 6, 2016I am a resident of this apartment community and have been living here for over a year. This community has many issues including the staff in the office. I consider myself a quiet resident and I don't complain about to many things but everything has a breaking point. The staff itself are rude and disrespectful in the office. The only time they show customer service is when you are attempting to lease the apartment probably because they make some commission from this place. Next the amenities in ...the unit a completely old. My air conditioning unit only can go on and off and there is no way to set the temperature. This is my second summer here and I have noticed that my floor floods in the summer months. My toilet continuously stops up and the hot water in the shower can not be controlled. I have called maintenance for the fix to these issues but it seems as if they do not know what they are doing. As a result of these floods that occur I have noticed baby coach roaches and other insects moving through the property. For 9 months I waited just to get a screen in my patio door. There is no parking and the appliances in the kitchen are all outdated and old. If I were you I would recommend you don't even stop by to visit this place if you are looking to rent. I am looking to move out of here right now. No more time for these outdated appliances and disrespectful and unprofessional staff.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
