      5 stars is what Deerwood apartments deserve. The maintenance crew, especially, are super amazing and friendly. the management also deserve the accolades. I love staying here: it sure feels like home.

      Deerwood has always stood out over other apartments. Here’s why: Good people and good property management. It can also be noted that they do a great job in keeping the property updated and remodeled. Over the years, I’ve lived here on three separate encounters (New Leases) and several different lease renewals; and positively, Deerwood gives off that warm, welcoming, family, homey vibe and it starts at right there at the front door of the Deerwood office. Really, it starts there! One thing that ...
      impressed me most is how the property continues to vigorously strive for excellence throughout the years. They’ve never quit from trying and caring. The employes are very helpful and will try to assist you, if there’s any way possible. Another key characteristic that Deerwood can be constantly recognized for is cleanliness of the property and apartments. It’s safe as well. For me, it’s extra nice around here in the fall. The name Deerwood is so fitting during the holiday season. The leaves changing colors, the occasional siting of a deer across the street. It spectacularly located close to stores, the University, schools, you name it. It doesn’t hurt that division II college baseball is a hop-skip-jump from here in the spring. It just works for me, and I feel lucky to live here--TBH. Mostly, it just feels like home rather than just another apartment to me. That’s my experience.

      Management staff are exceptional, kind hearted in the way they treat people with dignity. From yummy treats they offer our community to exciting fun ways of winning prizes which sometimes include money off your rent. Having a Tyler Police Officer living in our community is a win win. Cant forget about our handy Maintenance team. Always prompt, courteous when it comes to fixing repairs. Its warming when your driving in and out of the complex and the Maintenance crew wave at you with a friendly ...

      Pet friendly, secluded complex with a friendly staff and exceptional maintenance! Beautiful surrounding area. Deerwood is in a safe area with a variety of both families and college students. The pool area is always kept clean and has a volleyball net and hot tub. There is offen a chance to win free rent, gift cards, and other various prizes. This is by far the best apartment complex I have ever lived in or visited!
