Apartments have painted cinder block walls on three sides and windows on only one of the four walls. If your apartment faces the setting sun, it's run the air conditioner for 12 or more hours a day during the warm weather or roast. There are constant intrusive inspections, which they cancel at a moments notice and reschedule never considering the tenants have lives too. They make an appointment with you, don't expect them to keep it and don't expect them to leave a note on the office door if they not there to keep an appointment. Need something fixed? They'll use the cheapest stuff available. They replaced my toilet seat with one that tapes on and I'm not kidding. I wouldn't live here if I didn't have to.
