    Currently deployed I needed an apartment to come back to for me and my roommate. While my roommate was moving in our stuff on the first day he encounter roaches in the apartment and not just a few, 10 plus and most of them alive. The only response I have received from the office worker James is "there is nothing I can do" he tried calling the property manager and nothing and he left 20 minutes later because it was the end of his shift leaving me and my roommate with nothing. Horrible customer ...

    They have a certain carpet company come out when you leave and regardless of the state of the carpet you WILL be charged. The area is rough and the community is very loud. Maintenance people are super rude. Overall a terrible experience!

  • SHOOTINGS AND CAR BREAK-INS

    October 5, 2018
    ATTEMPTED MURDER and a RUDE and INCOMPETENT staff have contributed to my dismally negative view of this unsafe and dangerous apartment community. STAY AWAY! If it wasn't bad enough that someone was literally shot in an attempted murder almost immediately outside of my unit, the management's response to the resident's concerns has been totally inadequate. Add to that the rising crime in the immediate area and it's unacceptable that they haven't put in place common sense measures to ensure our ...
    safety. Add to that SEVERAL unacceptable events by the leasing office such as my being overcharged for water in excess of $900 and it taking almost TWO YEARS for them to finally issue a credit and replace my water meter after me having to send several emails and make several calls and stops to the office AND provide a chart with my own assessment of the overcharges. Add to that the maintenance team losing their copy of the key to my unit, compromising my security. It took them several weeks to change the locks. Add to that one of the office staff releasing my private and personal information to a third party without my consent. Add to that them trying to change my move-out date from August to September and charge me an additional month due to their own confusion and "misplacing" of the paperwork that stated my actual move-out date was August. I was blamed for this, sent letters and voicemails threatening legal action until they eventually found the paper work stating my correct move-out date. The worst part of all was that I was sent rude emails by the above property manager Angelique and was blamed for the incident on an extremely rude phone call until she realized she was completely uninformed about the entire situation and had to retract those emails. This has been the absolute WORST apartment complex in which I have ever lived and I can't warn you enough to turn away. It is unsafe, the office team is uncaring and unprofessional and rude. STAY AWAY.

Also, thank you for bringing some of these events to our attention. Please let me take a moment to touch on some of the concerns that you have voiced. At the top of your list is the safety of the community which is always a large concern that we have for our residents. It is with utmost importance that the community as a whole feel comfortable where they live. We have Guardus, the security firm that does our patrols during the evenings, in the hopes to take a pro-active position for our residents. We are never able to "guarantee" safety for anyone; however, as crime has no zip code. At times billing can have an oversight in many systems; I'm glad to hear that we were able to help you with your billing issues.     When I came across Waverton Denbigh Village I knew that was going to be my home. The staff is magnificent and the apartments are super nice and clean. Theres a lot of shopping centers and fun things to do around. I'm happy with the decision me and my husband made. Totally recommend these apartments:)
