    • Very disappointed

I have been here for a few months and it does not live up to the expectations. It dors not have air conditioning nor heating. All the rooms are on the 2nd floor so if you have a familyvwith infant not safe as you have to travel back amd forth consistently and the stirs are pretty steep and super tight quarters....the maintenamce is awful i have told about mold in kitchen since i moved in(july 2019) and it is still is not fixed. I have broken windows, light bulb that went out, clogged up sink, and ...
needed vent from bathroom cleared as it does not work ...all of which i have sent several emails about but have not received any help with. Its now been a month. I still do not have a key to the laundry room , and management is not really showing of concern to tenants safety as any issues that arise they say they are on it but really you have to flood with voicemails and emails to get any movememt on the matter. All in all, I eould not recommemd this place as it is not very safe they currently have tenants who invite random and questionable looking people that go in and out all hours of day and night in one of the buildings. Same building that stay up until 4am drinking (you are only allowed drinking in your room) and fighting out in the yard or front porch of their hoise. Again, extremely small space here so if the neighbor so much as carts.....everyone hears it. I say take yoir time looking for a SAFE and clean home...this place is not worth the lack of safety and efficiency eden houisng should be living up to. Also, a great deal of roaches !!! Because you are sharing your space a lot may not live up to cleanliness but even if uou pick up everyone elses slack the roaches seem to be more of an infestation. My building had bed bugs when i moved in they did not treat it right so we were getting bit and my baby was sent to the emergemcy room a few times due to bites and flare ups and we were misplaced for 2-3 weeks. Management did not hamdle very well at all. It took 2 months to get the carpet removed which I later found out that is what should of tooken place when they found out they had a bed bug infestation. Hope this helps families

Also, it most definitely was not built in 1996. They have poor plumbing issues no sound proof amd everything is super tiny. No wimdows inside the bathrooms , they have extremely outdated windows that have weird latches and break all the time. And screens to wimdows have a campartment which you have to open in order to open the latch that opens yoir windows sideways. There is only 4 parking spots which do not rotate the same people have always had them and if you have 1 or more cars you will get ...
ticketed by cops (I've gotten 4 notices on my truck) and they will tow your vehicle. Again, management does nothing about this. The laundry room ( I don't use I go to the laundry mat ..much cheaper) is filthy. I mean filthy!!! The washer and dryer smells rancid amd the floors or walls or counterd are always dirty and in disarray. It is right next to the train station and yes you do get woken up because it shakes when the train passes. The stove is not in workimg order it lags A LOT you have to stand there and wait about 10 clicks for the burner to come on, sometimes (for safety purposes) you have to give up on that one amd rotate to the other ones to see which one gives. There was a few times were we couldn't cook that day (roommates included) because the stove didnt turn on period. I would like to say that their garbage service is awesome. Convenient and very close. You dont pay utilities so in my experience in workimg with low income or non profits myself, some agencies get a power trip amd feel that because they are providing so and so service for free you have little to no rights. Well, I consulted with legal advice and found out it is to the contrary. It is bevause they are a government funded agency that these tenants have rights to live in a home that is safe, clran amd works properly. Just trying to save families some heartache. I was on cloud 9 when I only heard of this place 2weeks in we get bed bigs amd then the snowball of all the other issues. Management needs to be with trained more or replaced completely becaude these issues should never be taken lightly.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on scale of 1 (below average) and to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider needs as part of the school selection process.
