The interior design finishes and layouts of the 1 bdrm offered to me makes other apartment communities less attractive... nice inside. However, the sound proofing, in my building anyway, top floor unit to bottom floor units poor... sounds heard, impact sounds, heavy walking, back and forth thumping like sounds a daily/nightly annoyance. Building structure seems to have no soundproof materials floor to floor.
