They also make sure they do regular maintenance on all your systems in the apartment along with checking to make sure everything else is in good working order. Best in Grand Forks!
February 19, 2019I live in Desoto Estates apartments right next to the townhomes and I love it! I’ve been renting from Dakota Commercial for almost a year now and I have no complaints, they are easily the best place to rent from in Grand Forks, and I think their properties are the best in terms of quality and management. This was the only place I could afford when i decided to live by myself with no roommates, and it had all the amenities that I wanted ( dishwasher, laundry in unit, garage, all my utilities ...paid).
