Maintenance is good, always going to be charged to leave tho.
September 7, 2020The maintenance has always been on top of it I will give them that. BUT whenever we moved out, we had left the place move in ready. They still found a way to charge us for ANYTHING and EVERYTHING. Even after requesting pictures and not seeing what they could POSSIBLY be charging us for they just stopped responding.. My New Home
February 2, 2019I love my new home with Devon Pointe. I went to school with Brittany she is very helpful and loving. If I have any problems anyone in the office will get on it. Their maintenance is very great also if you need things fix they will get on the job right away. I love these townhomes better then any other ones in goose creek.
