November 10, 2023Absolutely do not rent here. Very overpriced. Full of crime (domestic violence and people shooting up drugs the hallways). Management is completely non responsive.Property Manager Responded

If we have documentation that a crime has occurred, we can issue lease violations and start the eviction process. February 15, 2021Hello, we are under new management as of this month and we have since instituted new, better practices for the maintenance team. Due to Covid, we are only doing emergency work orders. We suspect this might be the reason for your comment about maintenance. The unwanted activity outside our building was brought to our attention this summer. We have since hired a security firm and have them patrolling the area. This has cut down on the unwanted activity immensely. If you would like to discuss your concerns further, please email us at diamondplace@pkhousing.com.
