February 2, 2025Overall, my experience here has been good. There was some issues I had with the new management the first couple months after that change happened, but it has definitely gotten better. I love how we are so close to everything but still a good distance from all the crazy traffic. Apartments are nice. I have yet to need to request maintenance for my apartment and I have lived here almost 2 years. They don’t really do that many community events like they used to in the past. December 13, 2024The elevator is constantly down. It happens so much that I no longer feel comfortable using it. The Staff are all great and very friendly, but my main complaint is the constant issues with the elevator. Also, the previous management would occasionally have snacks out near the coffee bar every other morning. I'm not sure if this happens anymore.Property Manager Responded

December 1, 2024Overall I'm mostly satisfied living here at Discovery Park. Communication could be a lot better and I try to stay away from the office staff unless I absolutely have to. Close to a beautiful park. My upstairs neighbors make a lot of noise, but i lived in another apartment and it was quiet. Maintenence is GREAT!Property Manager Responded
