January 28, 2025management will nickel and dime you across the board and then will refuse or delay work leaving you dying in the Texas heat as you wait 2 weeks for parts. being next to a major highway means lots of noise and the complex has a near constant skunky smell.Property Manager Responded

Love it!
July 31, 2017I've lived at Discovery for a year now, and if it wasn't due to a job opportunity across town, I would stay longer. The apartments are great and quiet! The staff answers all of your questions promptly, and the maintenance work gets done within a day or so. I love this complex and if you're considering moving to the area, look no further!
