January 25, 2025I have been living here for almost 6 months now and I have loved every moment! The gym is incredible, the hot tub is very convenient and the location is perfect. It’s very close to everything and the parking situation is also very ideal.Review from Apartments.com

December 29, 2024It’s been good so far. The only concern is rent being super high and managers here do not negotiate at all. I have been trying to stabilize rent as compared to previous year but property managers do not listen and always give explanation “as per market rate” which is not at all true.Property Manager Responded
