Painful Move-out Process
August 25, 2020I moved out of Domus in July 2020. I've been trying to pay my last month's rent every week for the last month. They refuse to take payment for last month's rent directly and instead send it to a collection agency for collection. I've tried contacting the collection agency multiple times over the last month and they have no record of my move-out amount due. This has been a needlessly complicated process. Given how much of a headache moving out of this place has been, there's no way I can recommend ...it to anyone and I certainly suggest you be mindful of the painful move-out process when considering whether or not you want to rent here.Property Manager Responded
