Winters chill!
February 5, 2021I’ve lived in this apartment for a few years and my issue is the chill. Renter pays the electric bill (the heat is electric) and if you want to heat your entire apartment up it will cost about $300 a month in the winter (that’s in addition to whatever you pay for ent each month.) I believe this is because the building was build in the late 1800’s and any insulation is outdated. Besides the chilly winters the neighborhood and neighbors are super chill.
