Awesome place to live
May 22, 2020This complex is really quit. I've been living here for 2 years and I love it. There is things that could use some updating but its reasonable for the price. Residents with dogs has no respectful for other ppl the leave their dog mess all over and there's a dog area for them to take care of their business. You can't help all the stray cats that comes around. The new manager is trying her best to improve the property fixing things that needs fixing but it does take time. The maintenance guys are ...okay sometimes but they could use some improvement. There is no break-ins, hardly no kids and i believe this is a plus. I luv living here for the years i haveProperty Manager Responded

October 2, 2019I have lived here for more than 11 years and I have seen a big change in the apartments. The Manager ms Shante always gets stuff done. She's so nice and polite. Please keep her here .Review from Apartments.com
Terrible
April 12, 2019DO NOT MOBE HERE!!! I am saving you a lot of trouble. The rent is too expensive, no parking, the water is always off, animals run loose around property, neighbors are loud, you pay for trash pickup and they rarely show up, and the gate is always broken. Terrible place to live! I hate it here!Review from Apartments.com
Can't Wait for my Lease to be Done
May 3, 2018Same issues as other reviews for this place. It's old and run down. It's 5am and I am laying in bed, can't sleep because my A/C went out again during the night and it's hot in my apartment. This is the 2nd time in less than a month. Don't waste your money here.Review from Apartments.com
Run Far Far Away
January 18, 2018These apartments are the worst. They were bad before hurricane Harvey and now worst. Roaches are terrible now, property is not maintained, maintenence does nothing, literally changed management 3 times in the past year, safety doesn't exist, and customer service is terrible. They do not care about their residents at all! They didn't even bother protecting the stairs and walk ways during the most recent hard freeze or put out a notification about it until the day after! You will never be able to ...reach the office and the assistants are always changing. Oh and the water is always off. Last year it was off over 30 times in total yet the water bill went up $20 in the past month. They make you pay for a trash pickup service and still pay to use the trashcan yourself. If you stay up late enough, you will hear gunshots or be able to witness the local drug dealer selling. This place has hit rock bottom and I cannot wait until my lease is up. I mean at this point Haverstock is a better choice than this place.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Rat and roach infested
July 8, 2016I lived here for a year and I didn't look back after I left. Water seemed to always creep into my living room. Rats and roaches were every where. There was also water damage in my storage. The paint always peeled off on chunks while talking a shower which made taking a sit down bath impossible. Parking is ridiculous at night after 6pm having to park on the opposite side of the complex from your apartment. Please don't settle for this place if you have room in your budget to stay somewhere nicer.Review from Apartments.com
DO NOT MOVE HERE
February 4, 2016Management is horrible as well for the maintenance. The apartment can literally be falling a part and they well not fix anything. The manager does not care how bad and unhealthy the living conditions are, she will not release the resident for the lease. Even if the resident is not able to live the apartment because the apartment is that in good conditions to be lived in. She will take as much money out form the residents with false promises, and lies. DO NOT MOVE TO THIS UNHEALTHY AND BAD ...APARTMENTS. Toilets are constantly clogging up and when that happens all the dirty sewage water overflows from the side of the buildings. That is just disgusting and the smell is horrible.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Maintenance Issues
December 28, 2015I have been living here for almost year and the issues have been ongoing since I moved in. There are several major issues: the toilets get backed up constantly(every couple of days this happens). It's so bad that the sewage overflows from the side of the building and drains onto the parking lot. It is disgusting and unhealthy. Management seems to act like is no big deal. The hot water is usually out in the evenings and the water constantly gets shut off(They send a note saying they are working ...on the water line). The dumpster are always overflowing. The trash just gets piled up. There are not enough dumpsters for the complex. They also have an issue with people from the neighboorhood coming and dumping their trash. Rent is high for how small the apartments are. They have one maintance guy that works and lives there, however, there are too many issues for him to take care of by himself. I can't wait for my lease to be up so I can move out.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Not worth the cost
July 21, 2015The apartments are nice and quiet to live in you don't really have to worry about any problems so what could be better than a nice place with no noise? The only problem is the cost of it is not worth living in it with problems such as everything always breaking and the maintenance never comes when they're are need but other than that the inside is nice but small,so I would recommend it if you don't mind these problems and have alot of money for a small place. Good luck!Review from Apartments.com
