Realest on the rise
October 30, 2019I would love to live there maybe next year, I’m happy with my move in choice right now. You have a beautiful, elegant, and everlasting building all you need is updates.Review from Apartments.com
horrible management
May 1, 2017I had to move out because the management is so poor. The elevator broke down almost once a month, and I used to live on the 6th floor. If you ever called for maintenance, they would take forever to fix it. The pictures look great, but the actual units are nowhere near as nice. Note that there aren't many pictures of the kitchen or bathroom, because they are both abysmal, and falling apart. The management is unforgiving. There are many better locations to rent in St. LouisProperty Manager Responded
June 7, 2017Thank you for taking the time to review The Drake Plaza! We are sorry to hear that you were left with an unfavorable impression - we are not sure during what time frame you lived at The Drake, but in the last year and a half, the elevator has only been out of service twice, and was repaired within a day in one case, and three days in a second case where unfortunately a necessary part was back-ordered. Maintenance - elevator and otherwise - are top priorities, and most resident work orders are closed within 48 hours (during the business week). Exceptions might occur where outside contractors must be engaged or parts need to be ordered, but those occasions are kept to a minimum and we make it a priority to communicate with our residents in the event of any delays. All of our pictures are taken within the last year, so are representative of the units we offer currently, and while we have clearly communicated policies we must adhere to, our on-site management has an open-door policy to ...discuss any issue and works hard to ensure our residents’ needs are met and, wherever possible, exceeded. Thank you again for your feedback!

Do not move here
August 16, 2015There are much better options. The apartments are lousy, insect infested units, and maintenance is virtually nonexistant. The elevator breaks down every other week. The property manager is very nonreceptive and unforgiving.Review from Apartments.com
Great Location, Lackadaisical Management
August 10, 2015This is a great location for Saint Louis University students and employees. The rent is reasonable for the location as well. Nice pool that is open 24/7. Management is nice but...minor issues can take months to get resolved. There is no sense of urgency when it comes to maintenance.Review from Apartments.com
