January 27, 2019I would highly recommend living at Drakeshire to anyone; single, couples and families. The apartments are spacious, huge windows, very well lit, large and lots of closets, big bathroom and bathtub, great central heat/air, clean, continuous renovation from tree trimming to re-striping the parking, excellent landscaping and pre-emptive snow/ice removal. Aside from the apartment, the neighbors are lovely, the clubhouse is fantastic and open 24hrs with a sauna! Key fob, well lit, and great ...community so you always feel safe no matter what time it is to use the clubhouse. It is next to literally everything, so you can actually enjoy walking and not driving. The office team and superintendents - specifically Lisa and Stefan are the most welcoming and wonderful people, imagine a community where you wave in cars and stop to chat, that's Drakeshire.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

I had 2 maintenance needs and they were both taken care of the same day I called them in - which I was very happy with. November 28, 2017I have lived here for four years and have never had any issues with the staff. The manager here is always friendly and very helpful as is the leasing agents. Four stars is an ABSOLUTE LIE
October 6, 2017This place is filthy, old, smells, lots of bugs, rent office ppl are rude and worthless. Takes months before maintenance come out and they don’t fix anything only patch it up to work a few days then you’re back to calling in for repairs.
