December 13, 2024The apartments are nice and the maintenance staff is super helpful and prompt. We hardly ever have issues and we like living here. I think that the value for the money isn’t the best, as there aren’t many amenities and the kitchens have very little storage or counter space.Property Manager Responded

September 11, 2024Living here the past 5 years has been a pleasure. Duncan Hill is a community unlike no other. There’s so much green space for the dogs, the BBQ grill is amazing in the summer, and the people are always welcoming/ willing to help!Property Manager Responded

May 8, 2024I like the maintenance guys and the people in the leasing office. I hate the new tiny kid-sized toilets and the big rent increases and the lack of speed bumps in the driveways. Some residents and delivery drivers just fly through the driveways with no concern for pedestrians. Also, the speed of the shared internet has gone down.Property Manager Responded
