December 19, 2024I think dunson grove is a pretty nice place to live and you get a pretty good amount for the money you pay but I am not happy with how much I’m charged per month for a trash fee when most of the time I still have to take my own trash out to the dumpsterReview from Apartments.com

November 25, 2024Overall it's a pleasant experience. I've only experienced the usual apartment living issues such as hearing the upstairs neighbors, pests that were treated, etc. Office staff and maintenance are busy but receptive to your needs and they are taken care of in a timely manner.
