Unfortunately the apartment is poorly insulated and the air leaves the apartment quicker than entering other rooms, leaving the bedroom quite warm on a summer evening. Let's see, I mentioned laundry thefts, garage thefts, package thefts, broken door buzzers, broken elevator which trapped a few people in my time there, tenants being lied to about improvements to the apartment that were clearly never meant to happen, that random key on my key chain for when the decided to upgrade our door locks but never quite made it to my door. When I was in school, the word was "choose your classes based on the professors, not on the actual topic". I'm starting to think the same thing about apartments. Kleinman/KRC may be someone to avoid, particularly this property.
