December 22, 2024Staff are friendly however I had a lot of bugs in my apartment. The apartment helped by spraying bug spray however it wasn’t that effective.Property Manager Responded

October 15, 2024Aside from it being affordable and that it is near a park that’s really the only perks I can give it. Front office can be rude and maintenance does not communicate. I’ve had no air conditioning outside of a window unit that was installed wrong and leaked all over my floor and ruined my carpet since July (it’s October as I write this) and multiple attempts have failed to fix anything and I’m never informed of anything going on when maintenance is coming or the end resultsProperty Manager Responded
