August 26, 2016Apartments are filled with cock roaches and termites. Will charge you between $75 and $120 cleaning fee, even if they clean nothing. Apartments always smell like gas. Don't be fooled by the free wi-fi, as it always crashes. Absolute worst apartment I've lived in within Denton.Review from Apartments.com

Decent Apartments for price
July 21, 2015I haven't had any problems with the management, but I also haven't dealt with them much. Everything I requested to be fixed was fixed in a timely manner. The good thing about the apartments is I haven't really had much of a problem with noise or anything. The one complaint I do have is there are roaches. When I first moved in they weren't that noticeable and now I feel like the more I kill the more there are and I keep my apartment clean and I sprayed it myself and keep bug spray handy. The ...apartment is nice looking and it's a pretty nice size for just one person. The apartment comes with free wifi but I could never get it to actually work, but it's already hooked up for Verizon good and the rate is lower here than most places. It's a pretty good deal for what you pay. It's only like $645-655 for a 1 bed 1 bath and all bills paid which is not too bad.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
