    Great neighborhood, people are friendly who live here and the grounds are kept clean. Everyone who have dogs clean up after them and use the dog the stations.

    Absolutely amazing guys with maintenance. They are polite, speedy and work with residents. Front office is also great to work with. I've been here almost 6 months and very happy with the property team.

    Very nice place to live we have lived here for over 5 years and rent has been decent and maintenance is great rent started out low but over time has gone up but nearly as much as other 2 bed rooms near me

    Walls are way too thin and parking lot is a mess, but maintainence is quick to respond and usually always helpful. Office Staff has seemed friendly from what I have encountered with them.

    Staff has been great at helping with any of my issues/concerns. However, some other residents do not make sure that their trash is in the dumpsters. They just toss them on the ground. The gutters have been disconnected since install of new deck. Gutters have not been cleaned since moving in over a year ago.

    I have absolutely loved living here so far. been almost 3 months now and other than the slight aggravating parking lot maze it’s so beautiful, quiet and I feel really safe. the location is perfect for my work commute and weekly/daily errand runs!

    Been here over a month now and have nothing to complain about. Was a good decision to move to eagle pointe. We had to call maintenance 1 time and they were very quick to respond.
