Poorly managed company
August 5, 2020I’m utterly disappointed with this management company. Be forewarned that they WILL charge you for past tenants damages. After one day of living in our apartment I could smell dog pee throughout the entire unit. I immediately contacted the property manager to inform her and also invite her over to see all the pet stains from the previous residents puppy. Upon move out they decided to charge US for something WE DID NOT DO. And the property manager knew we didn’t do. Then they also lied and said ...they had a carpet inspector come out (which he never did) and they charged us for that too. Oh and if you try to contact the Regional Manager good luck getting any response back. It’s businesses like this that need to re-evaluate their conduct.Property Manager Responded
