May 21, 2024I am new to the Richmond area. I met a friend for dinner at The Boat House and fell in love with the area. The East 51 apartments is in walking distance. I like that the community has secured entrances and covered parking. The community seems to be nice and quiet for the most part. April 22, 2024I find East 51 a great place to live. All maintenance requests are responded to in a timely manner with courtesy and efficiency. We have a wonderful maintenance team here. They are always pleasant and ready to help. I am also impressed with the cleaning team. They clean the elevators, gym and lobby every week. Plus I want to compliment the property management team who are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and kind to the residents. November 28, 2022I have been very pleased with East 51 at Rockett's Landing. When I tell people I live at Rockett's Landing they immediately look surprised, thinking it must be so expensive. When I tell them how much I pay for the size of apartment I rent, they are blown away. Whenever challenges have arisen, the management team has been super responsive and solutions-minded.
