August 28, 2016Located on a dead end road. Have lived here 20 years. Maintenance is poor. Lots of children who play in and out of the roads and cause damage tenant vehicles. Very low end neighborhood. Snow removal in winter time is very poor both by owners and city. This location has had 3 shootings in the past 20 years. August 2, 2015Waterbury's best kept secret is this lovely East End Apartment complex, complete with large rooms, off street parking with 2 parking spaces, well maintained grounds. The apartment is located near Public Transportation and I-84. This is the perfect place to start fresh and enjoy the wonderful City that is Waterbury.
