Great place to live!
February 4, 2020I live in the first phase of Eastampton Place and am very pleased with all the extra upgrades. The full-size washer and dryer and the upgraded appliances are an added plus!! Plenty of closet space - pantry, linen, walk-in, etc. It is a very quiet community and so convenient to shopping and banks, etc. Parking has never been a problem. There has always been plenty of overflow parking for my guests. Last summer when phase II opened we enjoyed the beautiful pool and barbecue area. The last ...community I lived in had limited hours for the pool and clubhouse and charged an additional fee. It is great to be able to use the gym so early in the morning. Maintenance people are helpful and responsive and they keep the exterior landscaping neat and clean. Great place to live!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
My Time At Eastampton
October 28, 2019I lived at these apartments for 2 years and were one of the first leasers after they were just built. The apartments are set up gorgeous and in a great location. Staff & maintenance crew are great and easy to work with. Maintenance is fast with any issues and are super friendly. Great atmosphere over all.Property Manager Responded
