February 13, 2025The community is quiet for the most part. The apartments are not good quality at all. The floors are crumbling under the carpet and walls all have significant cracking. Also the i have scrubbed the shower and Im not sure what the black/brown grim is that wont come all the way out. For the price I can tolerate it for now.Property Manager Responded

January 4, 2025Eastchester Ridge has some of the best staff. They are friendly and helpful. Anytime we've submitted a maintenance request, there's a prompt response. Whether it is changing light bulbs or checking a major appliance. The community is very pet and kid friendly. December 12, 2024This is a nice place to live. I feel very safe here. Most of the people here are friendly. This complex is pet friendly. There is a fenced in area for dogs to play. They also have a pool. The maintenance staff is wonderful. There is plenty of parking. There is a problem with the dumpsters, not being emptied frequently enough.Property Manager Responded
