It's time to go
March 31, 2017I've lived here for eight years and it's time to go; the complex needs better management. One maintenance man onsite and he has to everything with no assistance. The HVAC unit broke down on one of the hottest days of the summer; when maintenance came out to do the repairs, the last inspection date on the unit was dated 1963 the manufacture had gone out of business years ago. No through background checks on tenants too many incidents with regards to narcotic sales to vehicles being vandalized ...with wall paint. My vehicle has been hit twice while parked in the lot and I have witnessed other parked vehicles being hit as well. Tenants are allowed to swap apartments like children swap video games and management is okay with it; the laundry room is no longer kept locked and remains open which brings unwanted traffic into the community. This community was once a nice place to lived however, it is time for me to move away from the madness.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
