Do not sign with these people
August 24, 2020Do not sign with the Eastern on 10th!!! Also very VERY overpriced for the size room that you get. There is barely any visitor parking (10 slots tops for the whole apartment complex). Not to mention these people try to take advantage of college students. They will lie to you and then charge you outrageous fees. Absolutely sad and pathetic how bad this apartment nick and dimes you for your money knowing that their college students.Property Manager Responded
