Stay away!!
October 1, 2023Stay away!! From day one we have had nothing but problems with this unit and had to be moved into a separate unit three time so the problems could be fixed. From the hot water busting though the kitchen floor twice!!! The apartment then flooded during a rain storm. Our Air Conditioning unit has been leaking for about a week now. Maintenance comes and fixes the problem and like clockwork a new problem comes up. Stay away and save yourself the headache. Looks vs Being a leaser
July 3, 2023Property LOOKS great , but NEEDS ALOT OF WORK AND IMPROVEMENT. I’ve lived here a year now , there has been 4-5 different managers , never the same staff. The property has been infested within roaches the entire time I been here. And when it comes to maintenance issues , it takes weeks for them to be resolved. October 27, 2022I’ve only lived here for about two months now but I love it. It’s so quiet and open and the property is only getting better. Maintenance is awesome.
